Anne moved from England to Nelson County, Virginia, and lived in a few places along the way. This experience enables her to easily empathize with her clients’ challenges as she thoughtfully helps them navigate through the home buying and selling process. As an equine professional and homesteader, Anne looks forward to helping buyers find their new special place!

Anne's Bio

I grew up in rural England and after University, headed for London where I worked in management positions in the wholesale and retail food industry. I quickly learned  the importance of excellent customer service and reliability.

In the early 90’s I embarked on an equine career, first qualifying as an English Riding Instructor, then working with horses of various disciplines in the UK and later, the USA. 

After living in New Jersey, and Maine, a job change brought my husband and me to Nelson County, Virginia, and I knew I had found my special place! In 1999 I started training in Equine Podiatry using a holistic approach called “Natural Hoofcare”, became a certified practitioner and part of a national network.   www.hoofhelp.net

Over the past 20 years, through hard work, continuing education, reliability, good results, and referrals, I developed a successful business and became a trusted resource for my horse-owning clients. 

I put that same effort into serving real estate clients who are looking to sell, or who are seeking to buy their own special place.
